I can collaborate with other providers (individual therapists, psychiatrists, etc) if you sign the necessary release of information forms.
A $25.00 late cancellation fee will be applied if the session is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. A $35.00 No Show fee will be applied if there is no advance notice. All such fees are waived for clients on a monthly subscription, however there is no guarantee of rescheduling the session.
